As Clinic Director of the Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health, a three-site fertility clinic in London, I led the organisation following the CMA’s review of the fertility sector, delivering pricing transparency, consumer law compliance and client trust.

Supporting Southfields through the veterinary CMA investigation, then designing VESH around its outcomes, has given me a practical understanding of the risks and the opportunities for veterinary businesses at every stage.

I progressed from trainee nurse to Head Nurse, Hospital Manager, Operations Director and Academy Principal, Hospital Director and Director of Business Development, leading teams of up to 250 people in general practice, 24-hour hospitals and specialist referral centres.

At Southfields Veterinary Specialists I led the hospital’s growth from the inside: master-planning the site, designing its workflows, building the teams and the shift patterns that keep a 24-hour hospital safe, staffed and financially sound.
